Where do I start?
When you have a credit relationship with a Brand, you will need to periodically settle the credit balance you have with them.
Firstly go to the Credit menu item:
You will see the Brand row with your Credit spent and Credit remaining. If you wish to repay some funds then type in the amount into the Transfer amount column and click on the green button.
Once you have filled your basket, you will be directed to the confirmation page.
Credit transfers allow you to record your own payment reference against your transfer. This could be an invoice number or purchase order. This is will help you and the Brand to reconcile that payment.
What happens after I have made a transfer?
The Brand will get notified both via email and as an alert in their Hub. Their finance team will be on the lookout for it. Once it has been received they will accept the payment in their Hub which will immediately update your balance. Again, you will receive an email notifying you that this has been done.
