You have a few options when paying for your Hub Order dependant on your relationship with the Brand. 

If you have direct relationships with the Brands you are buying, then you use that float or credit agreement.

If your relationship is with Tillo then you have two options. 

Pay by Invoice

This option does not rely on you having money in your Monies on account float.

How does this work?

Firstly build up your Bulk order and click "Proceed to Payment":

At this point you can choose to "Pay by Invoice":

You will then be given the bank details and reference that you need to transfer the money too:

You can even add your own purchase order reference (PO number) if needed. This will appear on the invoice we generate for you:

Once you hit "Place Order" your order you will receive an email with the order reference and a proforma invoice for you to pay. Your order will sit at 0% in processing until payment has been received and approved.

When payment is received and approved you will receive an email with the final invoice for your records and your order will start processing. 

Monies on account float

On option is to use your monies on account float. For this you need to make sure you have enough funds available in the float.

Transferring funds is a really important function in the Hub, without it you may not be able to trade.

How do I load my float?

Before you can purchase gift cards you will need to transfer money on to your Universal Float. Firstly go to the Monies on Account menu item. 

You will see a Universal Float row with you current balance. If you wish to add some more funds, type in the amount into the Transfer amount column and click on the green button.

Once you have filled your basket, you will be directed to the confirmation page.

The Bank details you need in order to transfer to Tillo are on this page.

If you are transferring for multiple brands at one time we now combine these to give you just one payment reference. This means you only need to make one bank transfer rather than multiple. Copy that reference and use it when making the transfer in your bank and then our Finance team will be able to quickly match up your payments.

GBP, EURO and USD transfers

We have tried to keep it very simple when dealing with float currencies:

  1. If you are topping up your GBP float, you send us GBP to the GBP bank details provided in the Hub.

  2. If you are topping up your EURO float, you send us EURO to the EURO bank details provided in the Hub.

  3. If you are topping up your USD float, you send us USD to the USD bank details provided in the Hub

What happens after I have made a transfer?

If you have made the transfer to Tillo, our Finance team get notified of a pending payment and will be on the lookout for it. Once it has been received they will accept the payment in our Hub which will immediately update your balance. You will receive an email notifying you that this has been done.

Paying using my float

Firstly build up your Bulk order and click "Proceed to Payment":

At this point you can choose to "Pay by monies on account":

Assuming you have enough balance you can click "Place Order" and it will start processing.
