There will be a fulfilment file containing all the information you need to fulfil your orders available for you to download from our portal. We will send you an email each morning to let you know if you have new orders to fulfil or not.

To access your fulfilment file please log into the Tillo hub at and you will be taken straight to the Daily Fulfilment Orders page - which looks like this

Simply download any unfulfilled orders by clicking on either ‘Download Excel’ or ‘Download CSV’ (both files are identical).

Once you have fulfilled the order please mark it as fulfilled by selecting ‘Fulfilled’ from the drop down. NB please make sure this is done in a timely fashion as we use this status for billing.
