🖥️ Banner Updates
Lead Time to Implement: 4 days
Please email your banner update request to servicedesk@tillo.io at least 4 business days before your desired “go-live” date. This lead time allows our team to process and optimize image assets.
Your request should include the following information for our team:

Clickable? Yes/No
- If yes: Provide the Tillo Brand Identifier/slug for the clickable product.
- Start date & time: (e.g., 24/05/2025 00:00)
- End date & time: (e.g., 24/05/2025 23:59)

Change type: (choose one)

Permanent
- Most common - Use this banner type when you are scheduling back-to-back changes Displayed until the next scheduled update overrides it.

Temporary & Revert to previous
- Ideal for short-term promotions. After the end date, the previous banner re-appears.

Temporary & Remove
- Rare: use when you want to delete the banner/carousel entirely.

Permanent
- Any additional notes (priority, or other context)
- Files attached: Make sure to include assets for both the desktop and mobile banners.
🎡 Carousel Updates
Lead time to implement: 3 days
Carousel changes also require 3 business days’ notice. Use this section to update or replace the list of featured brands in your “Top Picks” carousel.
Your request should include the following information for our team:

- Even if you’re only adding (or removing) one brand, please resend the full list exactly as you want it displayed.
🏷️ Promotion Updates (Rate Changes)
Lead Time to Implement: 3 days
Please submit promotions (rate changes) requests to servicedesk@tillo.io at least 3 business days before the desired start date. These updates are typically fast to implement.
Your request should include the following information for our team:
- Brand Identifier: (e.g., sainsburys-cashback-uk)
- Current rate: (BAU rate)
- New rate:
- Start date & time: (e.g., 24/05/2025 00:00)
- End date & time: (e.g., 24/05/2025 23:59)
- Any additional notes: (priority, or other context)
⚙️ Brand Updates (Add/Remove/Permanent Rate Changes)
Lead time to implement: 3 days
Please submit a brand request or update (add/remove a brand or update standard rate) to servicedesk@tillo.io at least 3 business days before the desired start date. These changes cannot be made in the Tillo Hub (yet!)
Your request should include the following information for our team:
- Change type: Add a brand, remove a brand, or permanent rate change
- Brand Identifier: (e.g., sainsburys-cashback-uk)
- Current rate:
- New end-user rate:
- Start date & time: (e.g., 24/05/2025 00:00)

✉️ Requesting Updates for All Three at the Same Time

You can request changes for a banner, carrousel, and rate change at the same time if you want them to align.

Tips & Reminders:
- Always double-check your Start and End dates (including time) to avoid accidental overlap.
- If you need to update multiple sections at once (e.g., Banner + Promotion) these can be sent in one email.
- Missing or unclear details can delay processing—filling out the templates completely will help us turn around your request more quickly.
- Banner graphic sizes: Creatives - 2368x800 desktop/ 718 x 800 mobile. Final sizing - Desktop 1184x400/ Mobile 382x40).
