The Order History page is the place to be for more information on gift cards so the first step will be to navigate there.
Step 1 - Navigate to the Order History page
When you first log in you will be on the dashboard page. From there, you can use the pop-out purple menu on the side, to find order history, the 4th option down.
Step 2 - Locate the Order
You can search for specific orders in a variety of ways, often depending on the fulfilment method. The best options are to search by the email it was sent to, gift code itself, or the url of the gift card. If one doesn't work, it may not be applicable to your gift code depending on the method of fulfilment, so try another.
Step 3- Get the client request ID
This is the easy part! The client request ID will be in the right hand column and you can easily copy and paste it into your help ticket. The format of a client request ID is different for each partner, but is usually an alphanumberic combination.
