Brands can receive these automatic reports via email:
- Weekly Report: Full sales history for the last week (Mon–Sun). You can choose to recieve reports by currency or brand.
- Promotional Reports: Summary of the outcome of a recent promotion. The report will be sent by email once a promotion has finished
The following reports will always have to be pulled ad-hoc (generated in the hub and downloaded from the Report Centre), not emailed by default.
- Order History Report: This report shows the transaction details for your selected historical transactions.
- Transfer Requests History: This report shows the details of any transfer requests partners have logged against their Brand Credit balances.
Getting emailed reports
Navigate to the Company menu on the left:
Select the "Emails" tab. This will show you all of the email accounts that you have setup already.
To add a new recipient simply type in the name and the email address you would like the reports sent to.
You will be able to see a summary of which reports are allocated to that email address once you finish.
Deleting emails
If you need to remove an email address completely, select the ❌ button next to the relevant email address.
