Brands will occasionally run promotions in the Tillo Hub. These promotions are not automatically implemented to your customers. You will need to opt in to any promotional changes by raising a ticket to servicedesk@tillo.io.
If you are subscribed to email updates you will periodically receive emails for promotions that will look like this. These notifications do not mean that you are enrolled, they simply mean that the promotion is available to you.
To view promotions that you are eligible for, navigate to the "promotions tab" in your StoreFront hub, then go to the upcoming promotions tab.
You can click into each sale to view the details.
If you would like to participate in upcoming promotions you will need to send a ticket to servicedesk@tillo.io with the discount amount and dates. Please submit promotions (rate changes) requests to servicedesk@tillo.io at least 3 business days before the desired start date. These updates are typically fast to implement.
Your request should include the following information for our team:
- Subject: "Storefront: promotion for x brand"
- Buyer Name & Market: (e.g. Tillo StoreFront, UK or Tillo StoreFront, AUS)
- Brand Identifier: (e.g., sainsburys-cashback-uk)
- Flash Code (e.g. W5E06Q9)
- Current rate:
- New rate:
- Start date & time: (e.g., 24/05/2025 00:00)
- End date & time: (e.g., 24/05/2025 23:59)
- Any additional notes: (priority, or other context)
