ChoicePlus allows your customers to choose a gift card from their favorite brand, rather than receiving a gift card from a specific retailer. They can also split their ChoicePlus value across multiple brands and put the funds towards multiple retailers.

Redeeming a ChoicePlus Gift Card:
When you open your ChoicePlus link, you’ll see your available balance displayed at the top of the page. no login or account is required - The ChoicePlus link acts as a secure wallet.
You can browse the full catalogue of brands and sort them A–Z or Z–A to find what you’re looking for.
Choose a Brand
To purchase a gift card within their ChoicePlus, select the brand you’d like to redeem. Each brand has its own Terms & Conditions, which you can view before continuing. These explain important things like:
Your gift card amount
• Whether the gift card can be used online or in-store
• Expiration rules
• Regional restrictions
We recommend reviewing these before purchasing your gift card.
Enter Your Gift Card Amount
Enter the amount you’d like to redeem for that brand.
Before completing your purchase, you’ll be shown:
• Your gift card amount
• Your remaining ChoicePlus balance
This lets you confirm everything is correct before continuing.
Please note:
• Some brands have minimum or maximum redemption values
• Some brands allow open-value amounts (like £56.41)
• Others only allow fixed denominations (like £5, £10, £20)
View Your Digital Wallet
After checkout, the gift card is stored safely in your ChoicePlus wallet (no need to open a new browser or email!) The ChoicePlus acts as your digital wallet, keeping gift cards safe until you use them. To use a gift card, simply select View Gift Card.
Clicking “View Gift Card” does not spend the gift card — it simply opens the code and redemption instructions so you they can use it when they’re ready.

📌 Things to Note:
- Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged after they’ve been revealed
- Brand rules vary (in-store vs online, expiration, region)
- Some brands issue codes, others barcodes
- Some brands allow open-value, others have fixed denominations
- If the customers purchase is less than the full gift card value, the remaining balance stays on the gift card and can be used later according to the brand’s terms.
