What is whitelisting?
IP whitelisting is when you grant network access only to specific IP addresses. By adding your employees IP addresses they have access to our system.Whitelisting is the practice of specifying an index of approved software applications or files that are permitted to be present and active on a computer. The goal of whitelisting is to protect computers and networks from potentially harmful applications.
Your public Ip addresses are what needs to be whitelisted as this is what requests to our system will be made from - you can find your public IP address at https://whatismyipaddress.com/

- Private IP addresses don’t need whitelisting.
