The Brand Details page shows key information about a brand in the Hub, including how the brand is set up, what countries and currencies it supports, and what gift card options are available.
This page is useful when you need to confirm a brand’s brand slug/identifier, check denominations and delivery methods, or understand redemption details and key links.
Brand Details
Company / Company name: The parent entity that may oversee multiple brands.
Brand name: The name of the brand as displayed within the Hub.
Brand identifier (Slug): The unique ID required to identify a brand when making API calls or processing bulk files.
Countries served: The specific regions where the brand can be sold and redeemed.
Currency: The currency available for the brand.
Categories: The industry classification (e.g., Fashion, Electronics, Groceries).
Available on Universal Float: Indicates if the brand supports purchases using your Universal Float (Pre-paid balance).
Digital Product Information
Denominations (how values work)
- Denominations: A list of available values (can show unavailable if out of stock).
- Denomination type:
- Open value: Allows for a flexible amount within a specified minimum and maximum range.
- Fixed (closed) value: Gift cards are only available in a pre-set list of amounts.
- Minor unit: The smallest increment a card can be purchased in (this is particularly relevant for currencies like SEK or DKK).
Delivery methods (how gift cards are delivered)
- Code: The raw voucher code and PIN(rare)
- URL: A secure link to the digital gift card.
- Wrapped: A Tillo-hosted branded page delivering the code
- Email (often used for Reward Pass)
- Transaction types: The specific actions supported by the brand via the Tillo API, such as: such as:
- Digital issuance
- Cancel digital issuance
- Balance check
- Digital top-up
- Digital cash out
- Activation time: The duration of any security delay before the card becomes active.
- Expiry: Expiration rules, or “No Expiry” if applicable.
- Restrictions: Any special brand constraints or usage notes.
- Cancel available: Confirms if a transaction can be reversed within the Tillo hub —critical for managing your API-based workflows.
- Cancelation window: The window where cancelation can be done via the hub (ex: 30 days or 15 minutes)
