To help you move quickly, the Tillo Hub categorizes transactions into four primary views. This allows you to monitor the health of your gift card issuance at a glance:

Locate specific transactions instantly using our robust search tools. You can filter by date or search using the following criteria:
Order Reference: The unique 10-digit Order ID (e.g.,
4735333506).Item Reference: The 10-digit Order ID plus the 6-digit item number (e.g.,
4735333506-775347).Customer Info: Search by the recipient's Name or Email address.
Status: Filter by: Awaiting Fulfillment (Processing), Failed, Completed, or Cancelled.
Payment Method: View if the order was settled via Card or Bank transfer.
Proactive Order Actions
When viewing an individual order, the Tillo Hub empowers you to take three key actions to keep your business moving:
Cancel Items: Manage brand-specific cancellations and return funds to your customers.
Resend Emails: Instantly re-trigger delivery to your customer.
Audit the Timeline: Review the activity log (via the StoreFront system) to track the order's history.
