Each order details page includes a Timeline tab showing the order's event history.
Timeline logs are available for orders placed after 20th November; earlier orders will not display any logs.
What does this mean?
- Entity: Refers to the main item affected, either the entire order or a specific item.
- Actor: Shows who performed the action. This could be a user's full name or StoreFront system if the system processed the order.
Message: Describes what happened and the result. You can view logs for these actions and learn how to interpret them.
