Within the Tillo StoreFront Hub, every order features a dedicated Timeline tab, providing a real-time event history of your gift card's journey. This feature allows you to audit actions for each order quickly, and identify any points of failure.
⚠️ Please Note: Timeline logs are available for all orders placed after November 20th. For any orders issued prior to this date, historical logs will not be displayed within the StoreFront Hub.
What does this mean?
- Entity: The specific component affected, such as the entire order or a single item from our Brand Catalog.
- Actor: The individual or system that triggered the event. This will show a team member's name or "StoreFront" if our automated system processed the request.
- Message: A concise description of the event and its outcome, helping you track the success of your rewards delivery.
