As of 2025, all Tillo accounts require a 2 factor authentication method. If a member of your team is locked out of the Tillo Hub due to a lost device or a change in phone number, 2FA can be handled internally by your own team’s Admins.
How to Reset 2FA
Log in to the Tillo Hub.
Navigate to the Company tab.
Select the users tab at the top.
Here is where you will be able to see other Admins on your buyer account.
Locate the user who needs the reset.
Under the Two Factor Authentication Status, select Disable. This will reset it completely.
The user will then be prompted to set up their new 2FA credentials the next time they log in.
