There are two different user roles in to choose from in the Partner Hub, you have Admin's and User's. Admin is the more senior of the two and has slightly more privileges than a User.
⚙️ Partner Admin: Full user management access, including adding, removing, and modifying user permissions
👤 Partner User: standard access with permissions assigned by an admin
