The "Client Request ID" is the unique identifier for a specific transaction in the Tillo Hub. The Tillo operations team needs this code in order to action any requests.
NOTE: Each transaction has 3 different identifiers -
- Client Request ID: The unique identifier created by the Partner for the transaction.
- Processor Reference: The unique identifier created by the Gift Card Processor for the transaction.
- Tillo Reference (also called the UUID): The unique identifier created by Tillo for the transaction.
How to find the Client Request ID:
Step 1: Navigate to the Order History page
When you first log in you will be on the dashboard page. From there, you can use the pop-out menu on the side, to find order history.
Step 2: Locate the Order
You can search for specific orders in several ways, depending on the fulfilment method used. The most effective options are to search by:
- Recipient email address
- Gift code
- Delivery URL (note: this will not work if the delivery method was a code)
- You can also narrow your search using filters such as currency, date, or brand.
Step 3: Get the client request ID
This is the easy part! The client ID will be in the right hand column and you can easily copy and paste it into your help ticket. The format of a client request ID is different for each partner, but is usually a long alphanumberic combination.
