2-Factor Authentication (2FA) Setup
Once you click save, the new user will automatically receive an onboarding email from noreply@app.tillo.io.
To complete their setup, the user simply needs to click the link in the email to set their password and configure their 2-Factor Authentication (2FA).
How to Re-enable a Disabled Account
🚨 The 90-Day Inactive User Rule
To keep your data secure, the Tillo Hub automatically disables any user account that has been inactive for 90 days (3 months). When this happens users will see the message: "Cannot login as your account has been disabled."
If a team member is locked out due to inactivity, an Admin can quickly re-enable them:
Find the user under the Users tab.
Toggle their status back to User Enabled.
⏱️ Important Security Step: Once re-enabled, the user must log in on that same day. If they don't log in before midnight, our automated security trigger will automatically disable the account again, and you will need to repeat this step.
Temporarily Suspending a User
If a team member is going on extended leave, or you need to pause their access temporarily:
Open the user's profile under the Users tab.
Toggle the switch from User Enabled to User Disabled.
You can toggle this back to "Enabled" at any time to instantly restore their access.
Removing a User Permanently
If an employee leaves your organization and no longer requires access to the Tillo Hub:
Open the user's contact card.
Click the red DELETE button at the bottom of the card.
🛑 Note: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Key Takeaways for Admins
Instant Access: New users get an invite immediately—no waiting on support tickets.
The Midnight Rule: Re-enabled users must log in the same day you activate them.
Security First: Accounts automatically turn off after 90 days of sitting idle. Keep your team list clean by deleting users who have permanently left the company.
