Expanding your digital gift card offering shouldn't mean waiting around for approvals. In the Tillo Hub, many brands are ready for you to plug in and launch immediately.
This guide will show you how to identify and add pre-approved brands to your catalogue so you can start offering them to your customers right away.
Understanding Brand Approvals
When managing your catalogue, you will encounter two types of brand setups:
Pre-approved brands: These brands require no waiting period. They either do not have a sign-off process at all, or they have already reviewed your company and fast-tracked your relationship.
Sign-off required brands: These brands manually review and approve new relationship requests before you can sell their gift cards.
How to Find and Add Pre-Approved Brands
Step 1: Filter for Pre-Approved Brands
Log in to the Tillo Hub and navigate to your Brands page.
Select the Available tab to see brands you haven't added yet.
Use the filter options to refine your view by "Pre-approved".
Step 2: Add the Brand to Your Catalogue
Click on the brand you want to launch to open its details.
Look for the Add Brand button.
💡 Quick Tip: If the button says "Request Brand" instead of "Add Brand," this specific brand requires manual sign-off and cannot be activated instantly.
Select your financial relationship, and confirm.
Once added under these terms, the brand is immediately live in your catalogue, and you can begin issuing their digital gift cards straight away.
