On the Order Details page, you’ll see an option to cancel and refund individual items within an order. Please remember that an item must be cancelled before you can process a refund for it. Cancellations and refunds are handled separately for each item, so you can manage them one at a time.
To start cancelling an item, look for the "Cancel Item" button. If you don’t see this button, it means the item can’t be cancelled at the moment.
2. After clicking "Cancel Item", you’ll be asked to confirm your choice by clicking again.
3. Once you’ve confirmed the cancellation, you’ll see a prompt asking if you’d like to issue a refund to the customer. You can choose to refund straight away, or come back later if you’d rather handle it separately.
You’ll also be asked to provide a reason for the cancellation.
4. If you can’t cancel the card—perhaps because it’s already been used or the cancellation window has passed—you’ll see a message letting you know.
The cancellation window depends on the brand and follows their specific policies. Once this period has ended, cancellations aren’t possible.
After you’ve submitted your cancellation request, you’ll be taken back to the order details page. The item you cancelled will be clearly marked as cancelled, and you won’t see the option to cancel it again.
