This guide will walk you through how Brand Management works within the platform.
Unlike the standard Tillo Hub, the StoreFront Hub gives our Partners total control over end-user economics. For customer journeys involving user-facing rates (like Discount or Cashback), you get to decide exactly what rate to pass through to your end-users before a brand goes live on your StoreFront.
💡 Note: Because these settings impact your commercial margins and customer experience, only users with Partner Admin permissions can configure and update these settings.
Key Concepts: Relationship vs. StoreFront Visibility
It is important to understand that having an approved relationship with a brand does not automatically mean it is visible to your customers.
🔗 The Relationship: This is the commercial approval between you and the brand.
👁️ StoreFront Visibility: This is whether the brand actually appears on your customer-facing storefront, which depends on your specific StoreFront settings.
Understanding Brand Statuses
In the StoreFront Hub, a brand will display one of three statuses:
🟢 Live: The brand is visible on your StoreFront, and customers can successfully complete transactions.
🟡 Hidden: The brand is hidden from your StoreFront and no new transactions can be made. However, any existing transactions can still be redeemed by your users.
🔴 Disabled: The brand relationship has been paused (either requested by the brand or by you). The brand is automatically removed from the StoreFront, and transactions cannot be redeemed while this status is active.
The Status Logic Matrix
Your brand status is determined by combining the overall relationship status and your specific StoreFront settings:

➕ Adding a New Brand
Ready to expand your catalog? Here is how to take a new brand from discovery to live on your StoreFront.
Step 1: Find and Request Available Brands
Navigate to the Available tab in the Hub.
Here, you can browse all the brands available to your account and submit a request for approval.
💡 Note: You can only add brands that match the currencies you have a float for. Otherwise you will see this error.
Step 2: Relationship Approval
Once the brand approves your request, a formal buyer-brand relationship is created. The brand will automatically move to your Your Brands tab and will initially sit in a Hidden status.
Step 3: Configure Your StoreFront Settings
How you take the brand live depends entirely on the journey type:
For Face Value Journeys (No end-user rate required)
If the brand operates on a Face Value model, no rate configuration is needed. The brand will automatically become visible on your StoreFront.
For Discount & Cashback Journeys (End-user rate required)
Because these journeys pass a rate through to the end-user, approval alone will not make them live. You must manually configure the economics:
Open the specific brand page.
Enter your desired end-user rate as a whole number (e.g., enter 5 for 5%). Do not include the % symbol.
Pro-Tip: Always consider your full economics—including your buyer rate and any applicable fees deducted—before choosing the rate to pass on to your users.
Once the rate is entered, you have two choices:
Go live immediately: Activate the brand on your StoreFront right away.
Schedule for later: Set a specific future date and time for the brand to automatically go live.
🛒 Managing and Updating Existing Brands
Once a brand is active, Partner Admins can easily manage its visibility and optimize rates over time.
Hiding a Brand
If you need to temporarily remove a brand from your customer-facing site without breaking the commercial relationship, you can change its status from Live to Hidden.
The brand stops showing on your StoreFront.
New transactions are blocked.
Existing transactions remain redeemable for your customers.
Updating End-User Rates (Discount / Cashback)
To keep your offers competitive or adjust for seasonal promotions, you can update your passed-through rates in two ways:
Update Immediately: Use the three-dots menu next to the brand to change the rate instantly.
Schedule a Future Change: Set up a permanent rate change to trigger automatically at a specific time in the future.
Dealing with Disabled / Paused Relationships
If a brand relationship is paused—whether initiated by you or the brand itself—the status shifts to Unavailable.
The brand is immediately pulled from your StoreFront.
If the brand was previously Live, you do not need to reconfigure it later; transactions and visibility will automatically resume the moment the relationship is re-enabled.
