Getting started with your Reward Pass is fast and easy! Once a Reward Pass Prepaid Mastercard is purchased, a quick activation is all that's needed before it's ready to use.
Step 1: Get Started via Email
You will receive a Reward Pass email containing all the necessary details and a link to start accessing their card.
Step 2: Enter Cardholder Details
You will be prompted to securely enter the basic details required to be associated with their new Reward Pass Prepaid card.
Step 3: Choose a Digital card, confirm and agree
Select the choice for a virtual card, confirm the order details, and agree to the simple Terms and Conditions to proceed.
Step 4: Set Up Your Digital Wallet Add the Reward Pass prepaid card to a Digital Wallet.
New Users: If this is your first time using Reward Pass, you will create a new Digital Wallet, setting a username and password for future access. Email verification will be requested.

Existing Users: If you've used Reward Pass before, you can simply log in and add the new card to your existing Digital Wallet.
Step 5: Start Spending Instantly!
Virtual card details are displayed giving you everything needed to start shopping online or adding it to a retail mobile app: the 16-digit card account number, expiration date, and security code.
Important Notes on Your Digital Wallet
All essential card details—including the card number, PIN, current balance, spend history, and registered address—are securely available here using the username and password created during setup.
After the initial setup, customers can sign in quickly using their card number, username, or token at https://www.yourrewardpass.com/CardLogin/.
