Placing manual bulk orders in the Tillo Hub is a straightforward process. Whether you need one brand or ten, you can manage the entire purchase in just a few steps.
💰 Before you start: If you are paying using your float, make sure you have added enough money to your account.
Step 1: Navigate to the bulk buy section in the hub
From your Dashboard, click on Buy gift cards in the left navigation menu.
Step 2: Select your brand
Scroll through your enabled brands, or use the search and country filters to find the brand you wish to purchase. Only the brands you currently have enabled will be available.
TIP: A shortcut to making large purchases is using a CSV file. by clicking on the link 'Upload a spreadsheet (CSV).
Example Gift Card CSV:
You simply need the brand slug (not just brand name - this can be found in the hub under brand information), currency, value, and quantity.
Step 3: Set value, number of cards, and type (delivery method) for your order
Enter the Number of cards you need, and the value for them.
Fixed denomination brands: Pick a value from the dropdown menu.
Open denomination brands: Type in the specific value you’d like.
Not all brands allow for code delivery, so you may only see URL delivery as an option.
Adding more: Once you click "Add to Order," a new row appears for you to add more brands to the same basket.
Editing: Click the wrench icon to amend a row or the trash icon to delete it.
When your list is ready, click Review Order.
Step 4: Indicate Order Details (optional)
On the review screen, you will see a summary of your order.
Sector: Select the sector that best describes who these rewards are for (this helps brands understand the distribution).
Tags: If you use tags, type them separated by commas.
Reference: Add an optional reference for your own internal tracking.
Click Proceed to Payment.
Step 5: Choose your payment method
Monies on account: If you have enough funds, your order will start processing immediately.
Invoice: You will receive a proforma invoice. Your order will only begin processing once payment is received and approved.
Click Place Order.
Step 6: Download your order
You can monitor the Progress bar on the right side of the page to see when your codes are ready.
Once the order hits 100%, you will receive a notification email, and the order will move to the Completed orders section at the bottom of the page.
You can then expand the order row to download your codes as a CSV or Excel file.
Your order will contain a spreadsheet with the following columns:
- Brand name
- Date/Time
- Transaction ID
- Sales Type
- Currency
- Denomination
- GC URL
- GC Number (if code delivery)
- GC PIN (if code delivery)
- GC Expiry
- Status
- Error Text (if any)
- ChoicePlus Theme (if applicable)
- CampaignLink (if applicable)
