In this article you will find out how to reissue codes to customers.

Once you have logged into the hub. Navigate to the Order History tab on the left side of the screen

In the search bar you can search by email, client request ID or gift code

If you scroll down the page a little bit you'll be able to find your code in the list

Click the arrow on the left side to expand to see more information and options. In this view you are also able to see the Reissue History

Click on "Reissue Code"

Fill in the email that the new code will be sent to
-
The code will then be sent to the email you put in
